Mesh Belt Gas Aluminum , Furnace Brazing Equipement , Imported Stainless Steel Plate
This mesh belt continuous gas aluminum brazing furnace is mainly used for aluminum and iron, stainless steel and aluminum plate, copper etc, . After such equipment treatment, the product surface becomes bright without oxidation.

The degreasing furnace is heated by natural gas or electricity. The oil on the core will be removed by stir fan through circulating hot air. During this process, the lubricating oil will be evaporated,then burning in the incinerator. The temperature control of this furnace is adjusted by PID. Within the width of mesh-belt, the temperature uniformity will be within ±10.
The final exhaust gas is below 300°C, the screw blades are designed in the muffle to acieve dwell time (1s at least) and 95% splitting efficiency. Before entering the combustion chamber, the exhaust gas from degreasing furnace must be transferred by heat exchanger, and the temperature of exhaust gas after heat exchange is not lower than 400°C. The heat efficiency is more than 50%.
The pre-heating furnace is connected to the inlet curtain box and heated by natural gas. Within the width of whole belt, the furnace temperature uniformity will be within ±5°C(Based on the same section of the moving section). The temperture divation of core will be within ±2°C.
Hard brazing
Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high joint strength, The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products. Silver base copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron parts.

Process flow of aluminum brazing:Put on the parts - degreasing (heat degreasing or water cleaning degreasing)- brazing spray - drying - preheating - brazing - cooling (under protective atmosphere)- strong cooling – take down the parts
The atmosphere in the brazing furnace is significant during the brazing process, it requires that the Oxygen concentration should be below 10 ppm and the drew point is lower than -72°C. The temperature uniformity of the same product is especially important when the brazing temperature is reached, the general requirement is ±3℃. The requirements for some products are even higher
