Hard brazing
brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high joint strength,The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products.Silver base copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron parts.
The gas heating brazing furnace is largely made of pre-heating zone, heating insulation zone, cooling zone, heat exchanger, gas heating system, mesh belt transmission mechanism, carrier gas supply, water cooling system and control system.
Advantages
The high precision micro-processor controlled thermometer and PLC are responsible for the control of furnace temperature. The variable-frequence governor is used for the mesh belt transmission control. Muffle adopts the heatproof material, specifically, the steel plate with rare earth elements. Brazing Classification
Flame brazing: The welding is carried out by using mix burning flame of combustible gas mixed with oxygen or compressed air as heat source
Dip brazing: Dip part or whole of the workpiece into a solder bath covered with soldering agent or the salt bath with moltan salt. This method ensures the uniform and rapid heating as well as accurate temperature control, it is suitable for the mass production and brazing of large components. The salt in the salt bath is mostly composed of flux. A large amount of soldering agent is usually left on the workpiece after brazing, and the cleaning work is heavy
Induction brazing: Welding method using high frequency medium frequency or power frequency induction current as heat source. High-frequency heating is suitable for welding of thin wall pipe fittings. It is especially suitable for welding of large components, such as pipe joints which need to be disassembled on rockets.
Furnace brazing: Put the workpiece assembled with solder into the furnace for heating and welding, brazing agent is often required, It can also be protected by reducing or inert gases. Continuous furnace can be used in mass production
Vacuum brazing: The workpiece is heated in a vacuum chamber and is mainly used for welding of high quality products and oxidizable materials
